At Glamsutra, we take great care in delivering quality products to you. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ve got you covered.
How to Request a Return

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. You can either:

Return Conditions

We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns will not be accepted for size, quality concerns, or change of mind.

A product unboxing video is mandatory for us to review and process your return smoothly.

Items must be returned with their original tag/seal intact.

Products that are altered, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Products with broken tags/seals are not eligible for return or replacement.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and the item is collected, your refund will be processed to the same bank account used for payment within 7–10 business days.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind right after placing an order? No worries. You can cancel your order by emailing us at support@theglamsutra.com with your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of placing your order.
