Return and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products, with their tags still attached. The client must notify us within 7 days after receiving the product. If the product is unworn & unused, a full refund will be provided.

When we receive the returned item(s), refunds are usually completed within 7 to 10 days. The money will be refunded to the customer’s bank account from which the payment was made. 

In the following circumstances, return requests will be processed:

• If all products being returned or exchanged are unused, in their original packaging and condition, with their original tags intact. 
• In order to complete the return, any product damaged in transit must also have the tag. 
• Once the tags are removed, damaged or changed items will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.

• Send us an email at "theglamsutra@gmail.com" with photographs of the items, together with their packaging and tags, to arrange for a pick-up. Make a video while unpacking the product. 

Once your package has been picked up by our courier partner, we will credit the amount of the product in your bank account via NEFT within the next 15 days or you can opt for a Store Credit in your Glamsutra account.
