You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must be:

- In its original condition.
- Returned with the original packaging, tags, invoice, and complimentary items (if any).
- A product unboxing video is mandatory.
- No return/exchange for purchases during the sale period.
- If the return is based on quality, then the customer will courier back the product to the warehouse, or it will be deducted from the refund store credit.
